Sara Cambrini and Cristina Ravara Montebelli in dialogue with Andrea Fazi

The exhibition, set up at the State Archives of Pesaro, under the aegis of the international Aracne Project, has met with considerable public success, thanks not only to the new theme and the documents on display, but also to the richness and originality of the exhibition, with objects and artistic artefacts on loan from various city institutions and collectors.

In consideration of the requests received from the schools of Pesaro that have not yet been able to visit the exhibition, and to allow others - associations, groups and individuals - to visit it, the State Archives has decided to extend the closing date until December 14, 2024.

The lenders of the objects, first of all the Gabriele Stroppa Nobili Archive, which provided the iconographic documentation and the Mengaroni High School, which lent fabrics and clothes, but also the Diocesan Historical Archive of Pesaro, the Oliveriana Library and numerous private collectors (Associazione Amici del Foulard, Florence; Centro Studi Naturalistici Valconca, San Giovanni in Marignano; Collezione Luisa Maione, Pesaro; Collezione Maria Rita Golfieri Palloni, Rimini; Museo della ceramica moderna e contemporanea), have enthusiastically joined the extension proposal.

The exhibition is free and can be visited during the opening hours of the State Archives: Mon-Fri: 8:30-19:00; Saturday 8.30am-1.30pm.
