The Plan is a milestone in the path undertaken by the Ministry of Culture along a complex process of knowledge and study of innovative solutions, aimed at adapting cultural sites (museums, archives, libraries, monumental complexes, archaeological areas and parks) to the needs of the widest possible accessibility, be it physical, cognitive, sensorial and cultural.
The Plan, by its very nature, is a work in progress document and will allow, from now on, to monitor the presence and implementation of the P.E.B.A. (Plan for the Elimination of Architectural Barriers) in all cultural institutions and places throughout the country.
